As food service clerk, you will use a “clean as you go” mentality to ensure bistro cleanliness at all times. You will offer exceptional customer service and be aware of customer needs at all times. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of all products offered in the bistro. You will prepare bistro menu items adhering to recipes provided and keep the bistro case and bakery section fully stocked in an attractive manner at all times. You will correctly and diligently fill out all bistro and juice bar related documents - par level sheets, prep sheets, log book, checklists etc. You will adhere to Food Safe principles at all times - temperature standards, FIFO, storage methods, etc. You will alert the Bistro Manager or Store Manager when challenges arise with customers, equipment failure, product shortages, etc. You will maintain a positive attitude and help foster positive attitudes amongst all team members. You will assist in the success of the bistro department and be an integral part of building happy and loyal customers.
